JaggerSpun Maine Line Yarn, 2/20 Lace Weight
The Maine Line is a worsted wool yarn long a favorite in the commercial sweater market. This versatile yarn can be used successfully for hand and machine knitting and weaving.
The Maine Line in 2/20 lace weight allows you to create fine garments, and heirloom lace work that meets the Shetland standard of being able to pull a shawl through a wedding ring, yet it is much softer then Shetland wool. This yarn line can be used successfully in felting projects.
Here's a useful fact that you might want to consider: it takes on average about one (1) cone of yarn to make a sweater. Compare the cost-effectiveness of working straight from cones for your projects. You will avoid dealing with "joins" and your work will be faster and more fluid.
