How We Process Volume Discount Orders
Our volume discount policies are simple because they are based on order volume.
- If you buy four (4) or more cones of any of our yarns available on cones you get 25%-off the retail price: there is no limitation on color choices
- We must adjust your order manually upon processing
- If paying with a credit or debit card, or with a money order or personal/business check, you will only be charged the adjusted order amount
- If paying with PayPal, we will issue a very prompt refund to your PayPal account for the difference between what you paid and the adjusted order amount
- If you pay with a personal/business check, we must wait for your check to clear before shipping your order
Our customers can also place their orders via email, phone or fax.
