Try Before You Buy: Yarn For Swatching
Before starting a new project, it's a good idea to knit a swatch – or even a few swatches, depending on the complexity of your project. Doing so will enable you to determine how much yarn you will need to complete your project. You will also be able to envision what the finished garment will look like and whether or not it will meet your expectations. You'll be able to tell right away if you are going to like working with and/or wearing the fiber in question. You'll save a lot of time and money and avoid the unpleasant experience of running out of yarn during your project and then not being able to find a particular color in a certain dye lot.
Our sample purchases include the color card set for the yarn line that you are sampling, at the prices listed below. The price that you pay for each of these samples is recorded as an available credit that will be applied towards your next purchase of each of the yarn lines requested.
